BobbyG2 Posted November 22, 2012 Author Report Share Posted November 22, 2012 If done for too long it might, I was trying to run an underrated 1200watt amp on an 500watt sub with bone stock (not even big 3) electrical, and set the gains to 3/4, no DD-1. This was my first sub, I blew almost a year ago, I had it laying around still so I took it apart to see what a blown coil looks like lol. ^ And DAMN!
