Enclosure Specifications:

Fb = 33 Hz

Vb = 5 ft^3

External Height = 15 in

External Width = 39.5 in

External Depth = 25 in

Port Width = 5 1/2 in

Cut Sheet List:

* All Dimensions in Inches.

* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.

External Enclosure Parts:

2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 39 1/2 x 15

Left & Right Sides = 22 3/4 x 13 1/2

Top & Bottom = 39 1/2 x 22 3/4

Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:

2 x Front to Back = 20 x 13 1/2

2 x Extension = 1 1/8 x 13 1/2

whats the down side 2 not making the port L shaped and just straight 1 piece?

i build noob boxes 4 my noob friends in school sometimes and never L the port

id love any advice no drama on your design

Many DD reference designs port to the side and keep the sub away from the internal end.. These boxes could be done turning the port.

Hey joe is the last extension dimension correct? Isnt 1 1/8 1.125. If that is right just let me know I just want to be sure before i start cutting.
