How to wire below 1 Ohm?

If you want one amp on each.sub and.to be below 1 ohm you'd need dual1 ohm subs

I posted the question on here during the build about the pros and cons on strapping the amps and the majority of people said they had issues doing it like that so I just kept it simple.

how many runs of 0 gauge do you have to the back batteries

Yeah I have a shortfall in that department. Only 1 run to the back

so you dont have the electrical

the amps will draw about 450 amps each. you will need another alternator and 2 more batteries plus 6 runs of 0 gauge

or the 1 alt and about 6 batteries

if you run the amps at 1ohm it will still be loud. its only a few hundred watts you will see at .5

the reason people wire amps at .5 ohms is to get the rated power after impedance rise.. the amp wont magically make more power just because you wire it to .5 ohms

the amp is rated at 3800 at 13.8 volts at 1 ohm. wiring to .5 will only keep it closer to the rated power vs wiring at 1ohm and rising to 1.5 ohms and getting a few less watts

though your ohms can still rise to 1.5 even wired to .5. there is no way of telling what the impedance will rise to
