HELP amp not supplying power

Hi new here, just got a few questions i got the hifonics glx 1400.1d amp to power 2 12 dual 4 ohm type r's hooked it all up and no boom boom just minimal movment.

so far i took a sub out hooked it straight up still same shit even with the gain set pass half way, took the sub inside connected to home system and it pushes.

so far i checked rca's pulled rca from 4 channel and put the sub rca to the rears and they turn on and off when i turn the sub off in the head unit, so the rca seems to be good there new monster rca jacks. then i try moving my ground to where my 4 channels grounded at stiill same shit i moved my ground to rear strut tower took off all the paint still same shit.

i got a 2nd battery in trunk yellow top optima 0 gauge amp kit from front to back has a 150amp gauge inline by battery.

havent done my big 3 upgrade yet not sure if that can cause it or not still wouldnt make sense with 2 batteries

got a 100 amp fuse inline from the 2nd battery to the mono d amp using same size ground and powers to amp and have a splitter wire from the 4 channel to the mono d for the remote switch.

b4 the glx and a hifonics brz 1200 watt amp did same thing so i took the amp to the shop and they hooked it up while i was there and it was bumping the hell out of there 2 12 treo they had set up.

only think i can think of is the ground but where else is there a better ground then the strut tower???? really need help spent hours out side checking my touch screen hu and pulling of monster rca which are a pain the glx amp is brand spaking new just got it today

you should put your location maybe someone is close enough to help oyu. Are your subs in phase?

so used a dmm i got a solid ground and for some reason to get music ouf of the sub i got to have my gain on amp 75% of the way up which doesnt make sense see how my amp is 1400 rms on a 500 rms sub checked th power going to it shows 12.5 with car not running any other ideals?

What deck do you have? Does the deck have an adjustable output level to the sub. Allot of them do.

ya it touch screen pioneer i set it from 1-6 not

hing i have the crossover at 80 herts on amp and deck sub sonic filter around 25

where are all the positions of the knobs on the amp?

on my deck i can increase sub level up to 6 from 1
