TeamHirshAudio Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 So i am about finished with the wall i have been constructing for quite sometime now. Just want to ask if there is anything else i can do to help a little bit of vibration (besides deadener). I want to expandable foam all around the outside of the wall to the body of the car (4 inches) and have already started from the top of the wall to roof ( 3 inches). Please input if there is anything else i can do! I am open to anything. THANKS!

revoracing247 Posted November 30, 2012 Report Posted November 30, 2012 i'd maybe look at putting some bracing in the larger gaped areas. like a dowel that screws into your box and 2 part epoxies to the body of the car. like in the roof area especially. but i kind of want snowdrifters opinion on that idea cause i know he's had to deal with lots of roof flex. ~ If it was easy, everybody would be doing it ~
TeamHirshAudio Posted November 30, 2012 Author Report Posted November 30, 2012 Yeah I still have to put on my front piece, and once I finish the foam, ill put a piece of mdf from top to roof. Also im going to brace the inside tonight. Lots to finish up I just want to stop almost all noisy annoying rattle first
