She's had it less than 3 months and she's had to do 2 factory resets on it. Whenever she's home, she has delayed texts. I'll send her one and she'll get it 20-30 mins later. Yet, I go over to her place and no problem. It's not like middle of nowhere either. Suburb of Denver... Thorton Colorado. Told her that when she's home, she should use Textfree on her computer. Haha. It's expensive but if I ever get an actual contract again rather than pre-paid, I'm sticking with the big guns... sprint or verizon. at&t drops too much and unreliable at times.
