cmw5e
700 for the mt is ridiculous. i forgot how much they were when the line was actually still coming out. i know the se's were $200. i believe the sx's were 275-300. so i would guess the mt's were around
lifted_silverado
Yea id never pay retail for it. For that price you can get 2-3 good quality subs. I got mine in a trade for a kicker l7 15 Everythings in the attic or garage since the truck was sold last year. cmw5e
4 SXX 10's would take up a pretty good amount of space. more importantly than that, the amps and electrical needed for that would be a lot. http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_27315_RE-Audio-SXX10D4.html i would just looke into getting 2 of these to start off. and go from there if you truly want more

cmw5e
you obviously need to do a little reading. the only difference between a dual 4 ohm or dual 2 ohm subwoofer is the different wiring options to your amp. if you got 2 of the subs i listed , you would need an amp to do the power at 1 ohm. say you get an amp that puts out the 1500 - 2000 watts rms at 2 ohm and isnt 1 ohm stable, 2 dual 2's would be your choice. do a little reading around the forum
Miguels
The MT is just like the AA mayhem my brother owns 2 XXX and they are alright.. for the money they are over priced when you can get a FI sp4 that can take more power and can sound good.. my Brother runs his sub with a RE xtx5000.1 and they cant even take the 2500 rms they are rated at. 1 is new 1 is used.. let me know he is trying to get rid of them my logshttp://www.stevemead...-my-new-set-up/my blow through loghttp://www.stevemead...future-updates/ 96 ss http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/164094-96-impala-ss-build/
