it was a Ford F150 that i hit.

lets say we hit hard enough that when i hit the driver side that the passenger couldnt open his door.

i dont think it would have went through the bed but it could have smashed up the back end of the cab a lot worse

Dude. If it wasn't your fault and it can be proven then you should not have to come out of pocket for anything. Hold your head up. Get on the phone with his ins company, tell them what the police report says and make them pay up. well their ins agent called ME and got my side of the story. and the other driver is still point at me and saying its my fault BUT i found out that he did end up getting a citation. my short term memory made me forget what it was but if he got the citation and i got NOTHING then fault is looking his way. Kind of in better news we found more damage done to the back of the cab itself and i just want this truck to be totaled so i can get a new one. so more damage then more likely to be totaled. plus the frame from what ive seen looks a lil cock eyed....so hmmm

also a wrecker is coming to pick up my truck TODAY and start working on an estimate and if not totaled then start working on it this week. so finally a lil light is shed.

the tow truck driver just took her away....not gonna lie im a lil teary now. watching him pull off with her sitting on the back just kills me.

and yea i took EVERYTHING out. only thing in there is the wires that i didnt take out (rcas, remote, bass knob wire and power wire yes the fuse is pulled)

i took the face off my H/U and only other things in there is the speakers in the doors, alarm system and sat radio thats under the dash. i found about 15 dollars in change though haha.
