Copy driver's license, record serial numbers, and price and keep permanent records to protect both parties. When I called to get the table, they said "are you nuts?" It was just a goofy idea I came up with to make my next hundred dollars with a laptop, scanner, printer and database. Now I could actually see something like this along with a background check become mandatory, with stiff penalties for non-compliance.
