cichlidfort
I know if you use bas boost it will clip your subs but I am a bit confused. What is it that people are using when they turn their music on and then turn up a knob and all of a sudden make it really loud. Like Steve Meade has something in his Tahoe where he turns a knob up and all of sudden his subs are wanging. Is that bass boost he is using? Instead of turning down the bass from my headunit I would rather just turn a knob instead but I thought the knobs that came with the amps were just bass boost knobs which is bad...lol. Sorry if I sound a bit confusing...I am tired. 2008 Chevy Impala (undercover cop style) Setup in the makings
EricM9104
You can get a remote gain know (plugs into sub-out on head-unit, has an output than than goes to your sub amps.) when you use that though, make sure you set the knob all the way up when you set the gains. 2015 Honda Civic LX 4dr | 24k miles Stock H/U and mids/highs Power Acoustik GW3-12" D2 Sub HiFonics BXX1200.1D @ 1ohm Random 2.5^3' dual ported box NVX LOC Stinger wiring throughout 1977 Chevy SWB Cammed 350 Dual exhaust Cheap Wish stereo
