FreeZzy Posted December 17, 2012 Report Share Posted December 17, 2012 Hi, in a few months i want to buy DC 5K Currently i have - DC LVL 4XL 15" with Hifonics 2100.1D amp -2x RF T2652-S with RF T600.4 (i keep) -XS power D2400 (i keep) And i have stock alternator of 120A Now i hesitate i don't know what subwoofer i buy. I have preference for 3 models -DC LVL5 M2 18" x1 -DC LVL6 M2 18" x1 -AA SMD 18" x1 And i don't know what battery i need, it's good if i take a second D2400 ? Watch the bass Posted December 17, 2012 Report Share Posted December 17, 2012 It´s good to take a second and third batt, and espacially a 300 amp+ H/O alternator, Your set with the DC 5 K can draw over 500 amps. And in case that i shortend your budget with the H/O alt i guess you the lvl 5, incase of the price of the lvl 6 and the SMD´s are out of stock, in the next time nobody knows comes the SMD V2. From the powerrating the lvl 6, in the moment you can´t buy SMD subs you have to wait till the new SMD version 2 comes out, i think i take a vew month till the new SMD comes out.
