So I have to find a new one, the KDC-X996 on sonic is 300, but on audio savings is 240, I think I am just going to ask to get refunded, and get that off audio savings. Any thoughts anyone? bigirb2002 Posted January 1, 2013 Report Share Posted January 1, 2013 yeah that kenwood does have a 13 band eq and is cheaper but its still missing some features of the 80prs. doesnt have the time alingment, netwrok system, didnt see anything about bluetooth for the kenwood, pioneer has 3 more bands of eq, sd card, and the pioneer has dual 16band l/r eq adjustment. $30 difference with so many more options. you are wrong sir kenwood Excelon KDC-X996 does have bluetooth ,hd radio built in, time alignment, dsp processer,pandora, crossover have 24 db slopes. solid unit Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Edit: looked them over, X996 did not have time alignment, and there is a difference of 3 bands on the EQ.
