how's it gonna move air with a plate behind the radiator?

well ive been on vacation since saturday and came home to some new goodies. I also got a LITTLE work done.

I finished out the mount and all the bolt holes for the fans and mounting to the stock mounting points. Let me tell you this, it is not pretty. I dont have the tools to keep it lookin nice. I am going to media blast it and por 15 it and try to smooth it out a bit. On to the pics.

i got an 86 that i need to put together, I really like what youve done.

thats the older boxier style correct? this style is from 88-98 my dads got an 81 thats next and i cant wait to start on it

one reason i love this build so much is because my dad had this same truck back in the 80s light brown w/ blue stripe) and he gave it to my big brother. well that truck finally stopped running at almost 300,000 miles (bad gasket) about two years ago. my brotha still has the truck with a new 350 in it and it runs well. keep up the good work ACE, your heart is definitely in this truck man.

yea first year for the diff front end i think as opposed to the 74-80, friend o mine got me hooked as he has an 84 4x4 pulling truck, which is super nice
