If anybody has some free time, it would help me out. I'm not good with SketchUp at all.

Here is the design:

Subs up passenger side (2 18's), port up driver side.

Okay so I tried my best with Sketchup. The problem I'm having is with the port length. Following the Torres design, I'm running into an issue.

I couldn't get the top countersunk, so I just made it 1.5". Here's what I came up with:

your port isn't bending. you dont take length of a port bend that isn't there. your current port is like 10" long, in the sketchup at least.

the part where it says 12" needs to be shrunk to 10" or else it isnt reall part of the port at all.

That's the problem I'm having. How do I get it to 20" long? If I "shrink" down the part that's 12", I would have to lengthen the port to keep it a consistent 10". That would make the port 23.75"" long. I made the port off of the "physical port length" on Torres.

on 3rd drawing port lenght of 8.5 need to be 12.5" to keep 10" all the way around the port

secondly the smallest port you can do as a 3 common wall L-port is 24.27" long, so you need to change torres to to show that

if you do a centre port/ 2 common wall you do 0-18.99" and 24.75+ and nothing in-between

a 3" is 0-13.99 and 24.75+ and nothing in-between

you also want a 45 or radius in the port

as for bracing idd do 2x 3/4 or 1" round top/bottom between the subs and 3 front to back beside the sub magnets

edit

and you play 10hz below tunning no problems if not more,

on big stuff i like tunning to around 37-42, but thats just me

Ahhh! I get it now. Thanks for explaining it in detail, I appreciate it.

Maybe I'll try something like this with a 2 common wall. How does it look?

With 2 common walls and same box height and same 10 inch wide port you can only go 14 inches long.

why is this

a 2 common wall port splits into 2 port to create a T-port

and in doing so the width changes to 5" across the back

at 18.99" long there is no L2 and that is the length of the port

at 19" the L2 is 0.75" (port wall thickness) giving you a port length 24.75"

so 19"-24.75" is a non achievable port length
