Icanthearyou
Hey guys! I own a 99 crown victoria police interceptor w/ 82k as my daily driver. The vic was used as a undercover. I am looking to run a saz2500v2 an 4 sa10s. My current alt is 130 amps and my battery is some napa battery. I'd like to only run one battery and one alternator as this is my daily driver. The available space for a battery is length 12", width 7.5", height 7". Maybe a xs and mechman combo. I've had shops do this for me in the past but I'd rather do it myself this time around. I have knu 1/0 for the big 3. All wires will be from knu, ofc kolossus. I'd like to know what I should run to give the system enough power for audio and my car. Any help is appreciated! CortezDTV
200 to 270 amp alt Most likely PCM(powertrain control module) controlled alternator.... cuz u have an ex cop car.... IMO the non pcm controlled or internally regulated atlts are better, less wiring to deal with.... but I beleiv all cop cars are pcm controlled SCSB Santa Cruz Speaker Box Build logs: Daily Driver Lemon Marquis 2 american bass 750.1s 350.4 on 14 focal 6.5s sq 945 on 4 hertz tweeters Mystery subs http://www.stevemead...__fromsearch__1 The Mustang 'dubbed' Shirley the project from bullet holes to badass http://www.stevemead...cond-skin-time/
Icanthearyou
I was told the 03 and later have PCM alts. Any idea of battery, or at least which I should be looking at? A 270 would probably get me the best bang for my buck right?
pontformulalt1
You are half way there as you have the battery measurements.go to the xs website and see what would fit all the batteries have size specs. On the site.
