99GPGTX Posted January 29, 2008 Report Share Posted January 29, 2008 Some of you might know that i mostly do two things Golf and Workout. well lastnight one of my buddys came home bc his grandfather passed away. we decided to hit up the Y and i wasnt planning on it but i maxed out on bench...i finally got 300 up!! needless to say i was pretty pumped Some of you might be able to do that easily but i only weigh 175lbs. i really need to stop doing so much, i can deff. tell its effecting my golf swing...
