z_jarad Posted January 5, 2013 Report Share Posted January 5, 2013 Well I have a S10 running on a yellow top, and i need to upgrade my current setup is a 1500.1 orion xtr amp along with a rockford 400.4. I have one run of 1/0 awg and stock alt. I also hope to add another 1500.1 what batteries would fit my needs and also what size alt should I look to run with them thank you for help. corona_jeff Posted January 6, 2013 Report Share Posted January 6, 2013 I would start by replacing the current battery under the hood with a d3400 and see what the voltage does and go from there.
