Joe X
So here is a suggestion good for rated and a little above: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 35 Hz Vb = 0.64 ft^3 External Height = 10 in External Width = 19.5 in External Depth = 14 in Port Width = 1 3/8 in Cut Sheet List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. External Enclosure Parts: 2 x Front & Back (3 parts) = 19 1/2 x 10 Left & Right Sides = 11 3/4 x 8 1/2 Top & Bottom = 19 1/2 x 11 3/4 L Port Internal Assembly Parts: Front to Back = 10 3/8 x 8 1/2 Extension = 14 1/2 x 8 1/2 Extension 2 = 6 3/8 x 8 1/2 Assembly guide (generic dimensions): If you need other dimensions set other than height let me know. This sub is way better against the Alpine you were thinking to get.

Joe X
If you can really build solid do it, if not sure then leave that out.
hayden55
im going to measure the mounting circle when i get it and see what the depth is. yeah but the flush mounts look great, especially with a bit of carbon fiber. ive seen people do that in mustang interiors. wow makes them look good 2006 Ford Ranger XLT 3.0l-Rockford Fosgate 6x8s 3-ways- Sundown Audio SA-8- 3.64ft3 tline box in naked mdf- Kicker zx750.1- 0/1 Gauge wires- Pioneer head unit stuff to come:16 steve meade 18's7 rockford fosgate t15000bdcpa fleet of escaladeslol jk new car? Joe X
I agree, if your baffle layers are tightly bonded you don't have a problem.
