When you design an L-port box is it supposed to be that same width where it bends as the opening of the port like how I designed it in the picture below? Also is wanna make sure I made the L-port right I know 8.5+11.5= 20 but is that how you do the L-port? The sketch is for my wifes box and the torres calculation is for my box. The back bend of the port should be the same as the width of your opening, 4" edit: your sketch up is different from you torres calculation... you have 4.5" at the port opening in torres but 4" in the sketch up. Also common wall is to be set at 3 i believe.
