Joe X
Thanks I'll try to wrk with this cause I still about 2 more inches so my amp can sit their Which if I extend it externally I'll keep the same volume but will lower the tuning a bit right? If you give me your max dims you can work with in a way your amp fits I can change the above to what you need, just bear in mind that the port needs some free airspace in front of it (1 1/2" in this case) to work properly. Not on the back It will go infront were the port goes The amp is 10" tall plus .75x2 for the wood thickness is 11.5" so 12" is good Amp is 3" width so the port will extend 3" so it can sit their flush Amp is 23" long, here if it has to be shorter or longer it doesnt matter cause I can add some wood to extend it according to how much the amp is sticking out Build Log - http://www.stevemead...-cruiser-el-pt/
Joe X
Most common aimings on your type of vehicle is port firing at the rear gate and sub firing also at the rear gate or port firing at the rear gate and sub firing up. You cant do port/ sub on the same face if you are installing the amp there so where is the sub going to be?

Joe X
You've got the idea, personally I think it's too much trouble to run the port partially external to have it flush with the top of your amp but if that's what you want then you just need to go get some wood to start! Noel989
Why is it or why would it be too much trouble? Does it have to do with box? Or the building part? Build Log - http://www.stevemead...-cruiser-el-pt/
