Thanks for the comments guys, except you Cody, no one cares lol. Throwing mufflers on the valves Monday to slow them down, you can adjust them to make slower or faster drop and quiets them down as well, this was just a test run, like I said just havin a little fun :)

  • 2 weeks later...

Updates!!! I know its been a while, been tiling/carpeting/painting the whole inside of my house. Sore for a week lol.

Finally pulled all of the 1/0 wire out from under the hood and redid with new fuse block/buss bar.

Got 1/4" copper plate and cut into 4" pieces and ordered new 300 amp fuses.

Here's my little man playing with the copper (sorry I just had to lol)

Mounted on a piece of MDF, made a bracket to mount to the firewall, then primed and painted

I though it wouldn't make a huge difference, boy was I wrong!! Idles .3 volts higher. With the air compressor running there is ZERO voltage drop at idle, holds at 14.5. Cant wait to see what the drop is like with the amp running

Also got more sanding done on the pillars/roof about another hour of sanding then prime and paint!!
