TravisFoster Posted April 8, 2013 Author Report Share Posted April 8, 2013 Update time!!!! Got one side of the cantilever done today, just need to duplicate and mount the tank back in. The levers being cut on the plasma table (designing these is what took so long to finish) Those little scrap pieces on the table I used for bracing the levers (waste not, want not lol) Levers mocked up with a jig I made to simulate/replace the compressed airbag And a little vid link of the functioning levers with the airgabs (no air yet) http://s30.photobucket.com/user/hockeyboy969/media/civic%20build/video-2013-04-08-14-09-50_zps60834135.mp4.html A little teaser I'll get some good pics when it all functioning on its own and I can actually pull it out of the shop. Also decided to tint my tailights, corner lights and headalights And with the lights on I was also still getting a little vibration on the amp, so I decided to do window mounts for the amp (4ch will go in the other window when I get it) And I will be making wrapped cover panels so all you will see when the back windows are rolled down is just the amps.
