Ima bash on sundown too

And I've never owned one

It's kinda hard to bash on a brand that does over rated power. But it's ok when people say hifonics amp DON'T do rated power. You don't have to own either to know about word of mouth and that people report on their experience

When the fuck did I say they don't do rated???

Ima bash on it cause orionstang had several issues with his amp an customer service

And he's a vet here with over 10000+ post

I just want to apologize to anyone running hifonics

I am not hating on you, I'm hating on a brand that has reportedly over rated all of their amps and also because the designs look cheap and appeal to younger people who also like under lights and blue LED's in their interior lights.

No I have not "officially" ran a hifonics amp other than to try them out, and when I did I was not impressed according to their rated RMS wattages VS other amps that actually did rated wattages or better.

When you also have the same umbrella company making crunch, specifically powerzone amps which have reviews claiming the amp caught on fire and makes popping sounds, it also does not look good for hifonics.

That is my point of view on them.

They just seem cheap to me in every aspect and that's why I went with sundown.

Whoever said the 2400 only does 1800 watts. And I know other people have said they are also over rated. I never hear that about sundown, DC, DD, or whatever other brands.

I actually do.

I can tell the 1500d v1 does more than a p500-2 at 4 ohm. Because the p500-2 never over powered my 12w3 but the sundown does. and the sundown is supposed to be 400w rms @ 4 ohms, and the p500-2 is 500w rms at 4 ohms.

That is not bullshit, it's a fact.

You are a fucking ruhtard. Hifonics does no make crunch. Everything is owned by Maxxsonics. Last time I checked the Brutus series DOES do rated. Just maybe at a higher voltage than the other "underground" amps

And who the fuck cares if it has a little chrome and some LEDs. If everyone else started putting LEDs on their amps would it all of a sudden make them cheap. It's what's on that inside that matters

I'm going to guess, You probably didn't have the gains set correctly on either amp.
