Water Cooled Tri-Vent Bazooka Subs.

I put a switch on the pump as its not always needed. The current draw is nominal as its a diaphragm pump and not a centrifugal pump. I added two 80mm fans to the amp and I will be adding two fans to sit under the radiator. I will most likely get some LED fans to give it some bling.

wow, that's pretty cool. so the water is then cooled by the radiator? i'm kind of lost on that ordeal.

This was made back when amps got hotter than hell when you played them, and before subs had more advanced cooling

Yeah you bet! The diaphragm pump moves the water through each sub then to the radiator where it is cooled before returning through the system. Not unlike a cars cooling system.

Talk about a blast from the past. I remember seeing these in crutchfield when I was in high school.

They still sell them but they are a lower quality and they are 3 ohm. Still trying to understand why they did that. The new ones are silver and the old ones are black. I'm looking for a third one so if by some freakish chance you run across one let me know. :)

Put some UV dye in the water and add some black lights to your trunk. Instant rave! :bananaDance:
