JustinWillmon
Hey Steve, I know this an old thread, but are any of you guys using this program still? I was thinking of purchasing it, but just wanted some feedback. I know there's free programs out there, just wanted input on this one specifically. JustinWillmon
Just picked it up, pretty sweet so far. Pretty cool to see what a sub could do in different enclosures.
CommGuru
I'm considering picking it up as well. I've seen it in action (from years (and years) ago) and it was pretty slick but I wonder how interface is after all these years. Not that the interface would change the functionality of the design. That said, some of the other enclosure design programs out there work very well but the old interface bugs me for some reason. I really wished they would offer a demo, either time based or functionality based just to check it out.
CommGuru
Ok, just ordered it. Is this a digital download or do they actually ship you a retail box? Edit: it just took them a while to get me the email with the download instructions. Edited April 2, 2014 by CommGuru
Martin Andrews
Hi, I was wondering whether you are able to design kerf ports within the software? Thanks, Martin Edited July 26, 2014 by Martin Andrews
audiofanaticz
No it does not, but really a kerfed port is nothing more than a traditional slotted port. You just have to take into consideration the needed added port length because only part of the kerf on the port opening is counted for port length.
