Would 1' of 8awg from the battery be ok to split into 3 8awg lines (also about 1' to each amp)

I have 2 amps and one crossover which all use 8awg

I want to clean the lines up instead of using the 12awg daisy chained to the crossover like I have it now (not pictured though)

I plan to put a 4x 8awg output distribution block (non-fused, but will use an in line fuse for the crossover)

Now the battery is going to be maybe 1-2' at most from the block, and the amps 1' or so from that.

I am guessing this would be ok but just wanted to make sure.

This is the layout. Battery is right under the 0awg fuse holder

I am going to wire everything under the wood so it's nice and clean but will have the distro on the top and everything will have holes for the wires going under it.

Also if anyone has a distribution block with 4 8awg outputs, pm me. this is the type I am looking for

You should really use at least 4ga to the distro then 8ga out from there. I would fuse each 8ga line and even use an 8ga fused distro vs the one you pictured.

Well my problem is that I only have 2 1/0 outputs on the battery terminals. Or one 1/0 and one 2awg I think. And the car even uses an 8awg output on the positive terminal.

The big outputs are used up by the sub amp and car wiring.

And all my amps have fusing except the crossover, which is why I would just put an in line on it.

I'm actually considering putting one of those cheap posts that have 2 bolts on the top for ring terminals.

I would not split a single 8ga run into 3. Minimum of 4ga in and then split into the 3 out that you need.

Is there some type of dual 1/0 adapter I can get?

Or 4 to 8awg adapter?

All my terminals are being used up ;(
