caskinsro
I've never made a T-line before, but I was thinking about doing one... Anyone know of a building guide for one? The one I designed this morning came out to 35.00Hz at 1.85ft^ Its a bit larger, but better for what I normally listen to. Had trouble making one that could work with subs firing up
caskinsro
I dont think they are out of phase, but who knows. They were a pain in the rear to get in. I had to wire them before putting the bottom of the box on. Used 10guage speaker wire. Couldnt drop the in through the 7-3/8 cutout lol Say the subs looks like :0: : being the terminals. I have them ran in parallel (?) positive to positive, negative to negative, then wire ran from the same sided coil connections. Correct? The box has been remade... Would this setup actually work? 12"H, 26W, 18.5L with a 2.75; port 10.5H, 28.5 work? Comes out to 35.00Hz with my math... Does port size affect anything? Joe X
According to mine: Fb = 36 HzVb = 1.74 ft^3 Port area = 28.875 square inches. It would work on standard sa8v2 if not pushing too much power.
