You need single layer wood to not lose space, so a couple strengthening rods should be used. I think that would work, can make a SketchUp later. zxsonnyxz Posted February 5, 2013 Report Share Posted February 5, 2013 Kind of a mix between them all, I think this could work: Just about enough port, 30hz tuning, 3.3cu.ft after displacement. I even think the single layer of wood is good enough on this, but a rod between top/bottom won't hurt. (Or two, one on each side of magnet) Done with 3/4in wood. Remember to round over the edges in the port, or else you will have port noise. And if there's something terribly wrong here, let me know. vw passat Posted February 6, 2013 Author Report Share Posted February 6, 2013 i was thinking that with 31hz i cannot go to 54hz peak because my song for base race is 54hz. iv made this specs with aero port so when i need to go for a comp i only change the port. iv never made a box with aero port so guys i need some help if i have everything good and last one question i make the port external or internal? and if external can i make it facing back? and i need to put the lenght of external port in the torres box? tx guys Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
