They are stupid to start you off on something that is also an antidepressant because those rake awhile to build up the proper levels to be effective. Also if they offer you an alternative benzodiazepine group drug such as atavan or klonopin, I would stray away from those as well because they can be highly addictive and then you get involved in the whole stupid cycle of getting higher and higher doses as your body becomes more resistant to them. If you honestly feel you don't have anxiety, don't even entertain the idea of going on meds. All they do is hope whatever pill they pick will work and if it doesn't they up the dose and if that doesn't work they pick a new pill and start it all over again. That's just my two cents. I'm anti pharmaceutical so I'm biased lol it's just a money maker and they don't give a shit about healing people completely.

Don't take the Drug. It will only alter you mind and make you not the person you are supposed to be.. The doctors just want your money, the drugs they prescribe DO NOT cure anything they just treat the symptoms or make them worse for a short period of time.

If you need to calm down just smoke some herb (a small amount- too much could make you more nervous if your not used to it.).

If herb, take some sativa that´s the smiling high cannabis or some major sativa hibryd stuff. And vaporizing is better than smoking, incase smoking initself is danger

and you burn 70 % of the herb´s. Vaporizing is to free the helpfull cannbinoid´s with hot air. Otherwise you can take it as a tea or as food, on your side i would stay

away from food. And starting in the evening is better.
