Joe X Posted February 7, 2013 Report Share Posted February 7, 2013 A suggestion for those external dimensions, driver displacement used 0.12 cubic feet per driver, two common walls:Assumes: for use up to rated power.Enclosure Specifications:Fb = 35.2 HzVb = 5 ft^3External Height = 17 inExternal Width = 36 inExternal Depth = 26 inPort Width = 6 inCut Sheet List:* All Dimensions in Inches.* Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts.External Enclosure Parts:2 x Top & Bottom (3 parts) = 36 x 26Left & Right Sides = 24 1/2 x 14 3/42x Front = 15 x 14 3/4Back = 36 x 14 3/4Shared Port Internal Assembly Parts:2 x Front to Back = 21 1/2 x 14 3/4Assembly guide (generic dimensions): - The 45s if you want to do them are 2 1/2" wide except the one/ones inside the port, if you want that let me know.- The port needs 6" of free airspace in front of it for proper operation.- Setting your amp's subsonic filter to 28Hz is suggested.
