skittlesRgood Posted February 9, 2013 Report Posted February 9, 2013 cancellation would be from two wave forms out of phase hitting each other. so if one of those subs was going in, while it's mirrored sub is going out, they would cancel each other out. being in phase just builds the pressure, a good thing for us. really? i thought it was when two in phase waves hit each other head on. but then again it wouldn't make sense why you would be louder with more speakers LOL i dont think sometimes. remember when you were a kid and you stood on someone's shoulders in the pool, then you both jump and the same time? you go flying if you both time it perfectly. but if you jump while the other person is bending down, you wont go anywhere lol.
