I had some idiot customer back into me before I could even get my car started. She jumped in, threw her car into reverse, backed into my front bumper, then hops out and says "you haven't started your car yet?". I was like "heck no", since I was in the process of putting the key in the ignition by the time she hit me. Just so happens a week after I installed it, we were clipped by a truck. This video was enough info to prosecute the owner with a hit and run. Quality sucks because at the time, the viewer program that came with this unit sucked balls and didn't work. We were later able to off load the data. I currently have 4 units stacked and are mirroring the data in on some longer term testing. So needless to say, there is a shit ton of cables in the back.
