Ok so i dont know what to do here. I ordered all the wire to do the big 5 and then some. My problem is the Aux battery, Do i run a power wire from the battery to the alt and follow the path to the second battery ? The Aux battery aside from going to the main only powers my amp.The picture is whats there now minus my amp wire and main to frame.

Most people just run a positive wire from the front battery to the rear battery. Then ground the rear battery to the chassis. So it looks like you're good if I am reading your drawing correctly. I'll assume you have it all fused within 18" of each battery as well (not just the rear one), if not make sure to do that.

Both batteries are under the hood, I am attempting the big 3 . So should I have 2 runs of zero to alt ? One for each battery. Do I need to have a rune to the fuse box then to the main battery ? When I say fuse box it's a relay box(stock).

I didn't realize both were under hood. You could do two runs if you wanted but one would probably do it unless you've got a really serious setup, then jumper from one battery to the next via 1/0. I am not sure what you're doing with the OEM fuse box but I have never seen anyone connect to it in the way you're describing. You just want the 1/0 from the Alternator directly to the battery, with a fuse at the battery. You don't need to connect to the OEM stuff at all unless there is something really weird about your trucks electrical that I am not aware of.

Yeah that's what I thought, I wanted to remove the wire going to the main and relay box. I don't want to be connected to my starting battery at all. My mechanic did this 7 years ago, I haven't talked to him about it though
