LoudBurp Posted January 5, 2009 Report Posted January 5, 2009 hey thumper, I have been using slot ports for a couple years now when I build and after seeing your beautiful work I wanted to try this kerf technique. I have watched my uncle do it arched doorways but I haven't been able to get ahold of him to ask about doing it. So was wondering if you could answer a couple questions I have. So first, is there a certain number of cuts you use for certain angles? Also is there a specific distance between cuts like 1/4 or 1/8? And is a given depth on the cuts like 1/8 inch not cut or 3/4 through the board? Any ways if you could get back to me that would be gratefully appretiated. Best of Luck and Cheers!
