1999explorer Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 alright so my system worked fine until i added a schose 500kfarad capacitor it still worked great after i added it, but last night i decided to rewire my wiring kit to a 4gauage (not the problem) anyway one i got everything ran i went to hook up my capacitor again and it kept making a huge spark then blowing my fuses on my amp and keeps doing it everytime i hook up my power wire off my capacitor into my amp, any help would really help, thanks for the assistance. TeamHT Posted March 6, 2013 Report Posted March 6, 2013 You say your wiring is not the problem, but that is the only thing changed. Logic would assume it is in fact the wiring. Take everything apart, slowly map it out to see what step you messed up on Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

Take everything apart, slowly map it out to see what step you messed up on no but like when i upgraded my wires thats when i did my capacitor and it worked fine till last night when i unhooked everything, is it because the capacitor is still charged?

I want to add... when you're running your power wire don't do it with any in-line fuses in. Leave them out until you have everything ran. And the fact more than one person agrees does not make it a circle jerk, it makes it a bukkake scene and you're in the middle Chick took 3 shots of Jager, and then, pissed in my mouth..
