Ab 1100.1 18volt power?

the 18v amp is fine at 12v just protects at a high voltage then te 12v

clamp the amp and see how much power its making...

Well, if it makes 14.5 at 18v and the 12v states 12.5, then isn't it safe to assume on the 18v configuration, that it would make 12.5 at 12v?

No one can honestly confirm this, because I doubt anyone said 'Hey, let's test the 18v amp at 12v.' ....then again, anything is possible, just not plausible.

From my understanding they have different rail voltages .. 18v makes max power at 18v 14,500 22v makes max power at say 15.8.. Say 12,500.. 12v version is going to be stronger on lower voltage .. Clamp the 18v one one 12v I bet it's under 10k at 1ohm

I'm running a 18volt on a 12 volt system but I have the chance to get a dc 9k for 300 on top of mine. Mind u the 9k is brand new so would I better with that amp. Or should I go with the 10k. Just trying to figure out my best option
