Thanks I was pretty excited about the alt myself. kind of like a school girl, in a dress, on a swing. lol It's warming up enough that the donut-punching cyclist douchenozzles are getting their two wheeled fagmobiles out. Nate Futuristic Posted April 3, 2013 Report Posted April 3, 2013 Some people have shown gain from two unstrapped vs strapped same with two amps vs 1 big one I believe running two amps devides the imp rise between the two amps rather than haveing one amp take the full rise down rpping vanderbilt. 30 miles from victoria. i own the 3rd loudest setup here out of 3. but i did put together all 3 setups ^^ Cant wait to swalllow Ghost's babies

The rise is divided between the two amps, but because you have to double your impedance when strapping, you double the rise too. Because the rise is doubled, each amp sees the same amount of rise as a single one would individually Example: 1 amp wired at 1 ohm rising to 2.5. The amp sees 2.5 ohms 2 amps strapped at 2 ohms rising to 5.
