Lots to think about...

So skittles has 8/4/tweeter

Cable guy 6.5/5.25/tweeter

Hmmm so like anything alot has todo with personal opinion and what you like best. Damn I really like how the 6.5" sundown mids sound and I love the sound of the aura 2" drivers.

What do you guys think of sq setups with NO tweeters?

you're asking for advice man lol. I just told you what I have because you asked. I didnt know you had already bought the stuff on your list. if you did already buy it all then it's a little late for advice lol.

I can sell my equipment I have and purchase those drivers.

hell ya it is lol. well the equipment I listed is fairly cheap and, except for the tweeters, rated by most of the reviews I could find as the best for the price. I did a lot of research. I have 150w to the mids and tweets. then about 300w to the midbass.

obviously you know there are a million ways to get the job done.

Ill be running about 80 watts per channel at 4 ohms you've got lots of power!!

The FEW that I've had a chance to hear sounded Great !!! (got to demo the infamous G35 the other day at Daytona) ...

However, there are only a few that does this and can pull th trick off correctly ... and they've got a SHIT TON of power and EQ on them ... I'm sure WAY more than SKittles and me have on ours ...

I have 150w to the mids and tweets. then about 300w to the midbass.

Skiittles ... I wish we could meet up and compare notes and demo vehicles ...

How'd you like the g35? And what's his trick to no tweeters? I'd really like to go that route bc I prefer a warm sound over highs. I think my hearing is gone by 16k anyways.

And 150 per channel is alot of power. That's like a home audio set up.

Also in regards to home audio set up. They usually in high end set ups have speakers pointed directly at the center where you would

How do you guys feel about pointing speakers directly at the ears. Ie drivers side speakers all pointed at left ear and passenger side speakers all pointed at right ear.
