Help with system and speaker depth

two 15"s crammed in the cargo area with a rear firing port? probably not going to work too well for you. you'll need at least 4" between the port and the rear hatch.

I have the same car too Skittles but he's convinced since he's "seen

it done" or "heard about it being done" he wants to stuff the hell out of the cargo area.

BassMunky, you will need to get every.possible inch out of the cargo area and if you want to leave proper clearance between the box and the rear hatch, you will need to probably go above headrests. The widest I've measured 38 inches. Height below headrests is19.5" and top depth is 15-16"bottom depth is 26". All of those dimensions are MAX. It leaves no room for a gap between port and hatch.

what the rule of thumb of the subs being from the top of the box to the ceiling? is there a minium gap? it doesnt matter on height try measure man?

8.07 cubes before displacements but NOT enough room for rear firing port. Port firing up would work though, as the space IS sufficient for a couple 15" subs

what be better than man port in the middle or to one side passenger or driver.

You are not understanding. You won't have room.with those dimensions I just listed too so anything but port and subs up. You have plenty of clearance before you buy the roof. It Would sound just fine.

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

Soo I can go high as i want as long as it 4 inch from the roof since the ports are facing up now. Another question what be louder round ports or square. What the advantage of having both? Im not trying to step on people toes i just want all opinions and answers and what people have done already.

and what equipment are you going to put in here with the hopes of doing hair tricks? with the box taking all of the cargo room where will you put amps and batteries?

with a lower total cone area you'll need a lot of power to do a real hair trick. and with a lot of power, comes lots of electrical needs.

If I answered you in a well mannered, informative way, you asked a good question or had a good attitude. If I was an asshole, you asked a stupid question or you had a fucktard attitude... or I was in a bad mood.
