OK so it has been a while and I heve got both parts of the box built and all of the joints glassed. 2 layers of woven glass on all the joints, 3 layers on the 45 degree angels, and two layers resin on that. So it is sitting drying and i just took some pics.

Well I got it all in and working I have been really sick and haven't done much but All that is reall left is to make beauty piece carpet it Might do some plexi. but i am thinking about getting another btl and putting them in the rear deck. well here is a couple pics

So far so good bro.

I guess you sacrifice some efficiencey for "ease" of install doing it this way instead of sub and port into car...maybe it'll put up enough numbers as is and you won't have to rebuild it.

Good luck and I hope the trunk lid is matted hella good cuz it's finna get RAPED by that 18 :P

Yeah the lid moves so much it lets air out of the trunk and sounds like shit trying to think of a way to fix it the right way

Recone it to a 15 and do a bandpass for 4 BTL 15s with the port through the deck. I saw an Impala SS Tommy McKinney built and it was rediculous. 4 RE 15s bandpassed in the trunk... Talk about FLEX!

Was one of the smoothest low bass cars Ive ever heard... Id be so happy with that for daily. I really want an Impala/Caprice.
