I don't talk to any customers face to face And even if I did I just don't see where it would matter. I'm going to end up shaving just to make him happy but I just don't see what the big deal is. They dont care what ya have, as long as it covered...... Cool thing is, Per SOP, (standard operating procedure) It is FDA controlled. Meaning, climate, is controled for temp and moisture.
