well i have a circle guide, and i have a router, just havent gotten around to attaching the 2 of them yet, but for those cuts to be free hand i think they came out near perfect.

Step 1: Draw a Circle....If you did that this time...draw a BETTER circle next time.

Step 2: Cut ALONG the line in a CURVING MOTION...not straight lines every 2-3".

Step 3: If it's not "round" you should invest in a semi-circular / "1/2 round" RASPING FILE and make your cut about 1/8"-1/4" IN from ur line, and then just "trim" back to ur line w/ the file.

Otherwise get ur lazy butt in gear and setup that router....them holes are teh lame bro.

I tell you these things in hopes you will take it to heart, make use of the info, and become a better installer/fabricator as a result.

Don't get discouraged bro, just keep at it, TRY HARDER (no half assing!) and PRACTICE.

hell, one thing I have caught myself doing in the past many times, well, I would say like 4-5 times, is use either a wood stick with a center point, and a sharpened nail at the other side, use it as a compass, keep spinning it, and you will get a perfect hole cut out ---- eventually... about 5mins a hole

better than a jigsaw, thats for sure
