Just to chime in, before you even think about the ZRX line from Hifonics you should email them and inquire about the true output. All the websites list them as 3000 rms and CEA certified. This is not the case, the ratings posted are "max" and they are not CEA.

Read down and see the email I posted straight from Hifonics. 2000.4 only puts out 600x2 rms total not the 1000x2 rms as claimed by most websites.

thanks for all the advice i have changed the amp selection to a soundstream amp and john253a i like your option i can start small and work up to the blowthrough!

Id imagine youd get alot of help if you posted in the right section

14x p2 8"

Have the same cone as 4x p3 15"

And cost nilly the same to buy

But will take tonn more power

2400rms v's 7000rms

And box will be about the same size

9.1net v's 10.6net for 15's
