cant get aol email on samsung galaxy s3

Recommended Posts

I recently got a samsung galaxy s3 and I tried to get my aol email but it keeps saying invalid email/password. I also tried the aol email app and now it says "80304: the password and username you entered did not authenticate with your email provider. please try again". I am able to get my email on the computer but not my phone. Am I missing something? Thanks for any info

I have an S3 and use AOL on it (its my bullshit email account lol) and it works perfectly for me. Have you tried to delete the account and re-add it on your phone? I have had strange problems like that where my emails stop coming in but I have no errors and I have to delete the AOL account from my phone then set it up again and its fine. Let me know what you find!!
