difference between zv2 and zv3?

Recommended Posts

To answer your question; yes you are wrong about your assumptions.

The v.3 delivers more of what most customers want from their woofers than the v.2 -- otherwise we wouldn't have made it.

Any specific questions ? Every part is different except for the frames and gaskets between the two.

theres guys running 3.5Ks and 5Ks on them daily. its just on how you adjust and listen to it. I have mine on a skar 1500 right now and from playing it for a few weeks I need atleast a 3-3.5k so make this thing loud. the 1500rms I think is a load of crap. I know its just a safety measure but it needs twice that

Wow! Did not know that, glad I asked

Just to give you an idea of what they are capable of -- check out results from SBN this year.

Both heavy-weight bass boxing and 159.9 bass race contestants in the final round ran Z v.3 15s -- also a ton of other Z v.3s in the lanes there :)
