I have 2 12'' subs

Peak Power Handling 800 watts RMS Power Handling 200 watts Voice Coil(s) Single Impedance (Per Voice Coil) 8 ohms

What would be the biggest, loudest amp I could get without blowing these sad little subs?

Am I supposed to match the RMS of the sub and amp as close as possible? I've heard thats what youre supposed to do so could I get a 1000 watt amp with 200 RMS output? i have a 350 watt amp now.

Thank you for your help because I have no idea what I'm doing... :P

You look at RMS rating, peak doesn't mean anything, so in your case you would want something around the 400 watt RMS area.

Until you get some experience match amp rms to your subs. Once you figure out how to tune properly you can safely begin to over power your subs with clean power. I do it safely and have never blown a sub sealed or ported.
