Tint windshield, FTMFW. I know you don't want to hear this, but here it is:

Some guys here have done boxes in the rear seat. They don't pressurize the cabin well at all. Proper in trunk setup is what you need. I know you want to run the equipment you have now, but it's better to do it right the first time. You are putting a Bandaid on the bigger issue with a cover or trim panel. Do the cover panel of you wish, but a new setup in the trunk soon. Unless you're courageous enough to do a WALL perhaps?

Also, is this a V-6 or V-8 car?

Im not the one you want to try to troll. Just a fyi for you.

V6 Auto, sadly.

But I am going to sell what I've got, do one 12" RF T1 in the trunk (most likely, not 100% decided until I sell the 15's)

When I've got a job, I'd like to wall it w/ 2 18's, but That's when I've got a decent job with some money saved up (and somebody who can help w/ the woodwork, that knows what they are doing so I'm not going it alone)

In alabama all windows must allow 32% light transmission, and can only do the top 6 inches of a windshield, not sure how dark that is for the windows

Yeah, cops around here are major dicks about every little thing. My dad got a ticket for the tint being slightly too dark, even though when he drove past the cop, the windows were down, the cop just pulled him over, had him roll the windows up a bit to test it, and ticketed him.

Psssst, most highway patrol officers don't carry the equipment to test a piece of glass that they can't SLIDE their device over. A windshield would be EXACTLY this type of glass. It doesn't require a very dark tint and when you have your side windows to the legal limit, it makes it MUCH darker. Good luck finding a guy to tint it for you, but they ARE out there

When my dad was ticketed the officer had a 2 piece thing to test it, assuming this is what you're talking about?

I'm just not one to risk getting a ticket. Have better stuff to spend my money on.
