White Lightning Posted April 2, 2013 Report Share Posted April 2, 2013 Seal up every crack, hole, opening that you have in the door ... and make a tunnel out to where you plan to make you fiberglass pods ... May not be common practice, but works very effectively to me ... I did not make all that fancy fiberglass stuff yet, but I have the driver stationary for when we decide to get back to work on this ... I used a 8" grille cover to hide all of the cuts to the door pannel ... If that driver gets to use air between the door pannel and the door, in some cases can create unwanted rattles and also take the chance for the driver not want to work correctly and not give off the correct frequiencies, almost like a bad tuned enclosure ...
