I got a used T1D215 15" from eBay after I was satisfied with the T0...and also didn't realize you weren't supposed to wire two different subs up, even at this time...which is why I bought it. The T0s and T1s are practically the same exact woofer. But my plan was to make a box for both of them running off of my T1500.

IMG_20121224_132859_zpse7383346.jpg

Even though I finally realized that it was not recommended to run two different subs on one amp, I tried it out anyway. So, I designed a sealed, 2 chamber box for the two 15s. The external measurements were: front half = 18 x 38 x 10" and the back half was 14 x 38 x 10". Total internal volume net was about 2.75 inch^3 per chamber.

My brother helped me make the box since he has a table saw and all the great tools needed. He used all of his old amps that he use to use and made a small DJ system out of it...sounds pretty decent.

IMG_20121230_115258_zpsc1879d36.jpg

Also, his tiny garage has the best lighting which makes everything easier..

It was extremely close and a tight fit! Had to tilt it and get the first lip of the box in before we could swing the rest of it into the trunk. It was a perfect fit, I was pretty happy with it.

I started designing my next box on my new phone, the Galaxy Note 2! Here's what I came up with..

Screenshots_2013-02-18-11-49-17_zpsfcad5

Then I started altering it and came up with this design for the port instead

Well, here we go on another box. As you will see, I went from the second design.

Sanded the port down a little

20130309_025734_zpsed88973e.jpg

Best way to make the sub outline when using a jig saw!

20130309_041716_zpscca5b026.jpg

Cutting the hole with the bottom of the port there made it more difficult than I thought...eventually went left handed.

Sub fits nice and snug! (having it inverted requires a little larger hole, but this was a nice fit)

I wasn't necessarily planning on it, but I could run the sub the normal way as well

Before the 2nd baffle and port are added on..

20130309_204802_zpsa515a59b.jpg

Not the most professional build, but using 45's and using silicone to make everything smooth.
