SoImVan Posted April 8, 2013 Author Report Posted April 8, 2013 Nice! That 13 layer baltic birch where you get it and how much Was around $32 for a 4 x 8 sheet at Home Depot. Got all the cuts out of two sheets of it.
Mikey Bates Posted April 8, 2013 Report Posted April 8, 2013 Was it called sandeply? Under the hardwood section. Or actually baltic birch? And do you know of it's veneer core .... Been trying to find birch forever lol
SoImVan Posted April 8, 2013 Author Report Posted April 8, 2013 I don't really know. My receipt says cabinet grade plywood
SoImVan Posted May 8, 2013 Author Report Posted May 8, 2013 And here it is! The finished box for the Fi BL 15. My buddy has it running on a JL e1200, a 200 watt full range amp, temporarily, which is surprisingly making it move some air. Every demo he's given has left people with there jaws on the ground. Huge thanks to Joe X for the box plans!
Joe X Posted May 8, 2013 Report Posted May 8, 2013 Looks really solid, need to have a good electrical, an unclipped signal and use the subsonic filter if you are sourcing higher power, tell him to check all that.

bSems Posted May 10, 2013 Report Posted May 10, 2013 Just find out the diameter of the dowel rod, then we find the volume of a cylinder. Volume = PI x Radius ^2 x Height
